Kittens of Kamelot: Litter 3, post 5~

The kittens have been doing really well!!! All four have been growing, though Vienna definitely is gaining weight slower than her sisters. Chili is officially over 2lbs, so she can be fixed! Her appointment is set for Wednesday. I will definitely miss her when she leaves us, she's so sweet! She lets us carry her around, and I love how fluffy she is. The other day, we had to clean a lot of poop out of her fur on her back, which was a weird place for poop to end up. So we watched the live stream for a bit, and discovered that the kittens like to get on top of the bathtub wall, but sometimes slip and fall on their back into the litter box. So that mystery was solved. We bought baby wipes, so that helps a lot with cleaning them up! I originally wanted them because I didn't like using those cleaning wipe things when I wiped down their room's floor because the chemicals from them can be hard on sensitive skin, so we switched to baby wipes for cleaning, and they have more uses than we originally intended!

We also bought an Ozone Ionic Air Purifier, as I read online that they're really great at eliminating pet smells. So we ordered this one off Amazon, and sure enough, it's worked wonders. Their little bathroom smells so much better. It was super stinky despite the fact we were cleaning it every day and changing out the litter every day. Now it's much better.

One of our cats, Binx, likes to watch the kittens. When they're out of their room and playing in the bigger room we kitten-proofed, Binx will come and watch them. If they try to play with him he mostly runs away, except for with Chili. If Chili tries to play with him, he'll gently boop her on her head and then she's the one who runs away. It's very cute! So he's in a few of the pictures this time, since he likes to hang out in the background and watch over them.

One of their favorite games to play lately has been a sort of arena match thing, where one of the kittens will climb atop the scratching post, and the other kittens will try to dethrone her and take the top of the post herself! It's adorable.
