Kittens have been doing really well. All growing, though Chili had a dip in weight for a couple days, but it's going up again now.
The biggest update is that we've set up the spare bedroom (we have a 2-bedroom apartment, but the second one we just had a couch, treadmill, and litter boxes in) so that it's kitten-friendly! This way, the kittens can have playtime with more space, now that they're a little bigger and are desperate to stretch their legs a bit outside their little room. Kitten-proofing the room involved eliminating hiding spaces, removing the feet from our couch so that it's directly on the floor, and generally getting rid of anything questionable for kittens to get into. So it's more or less a big open space for them to run around in, with a giant mirror (the closet has sliding mirror doors), litter boxes, a small scratching post, and a couch. Pretty sweet for kittens.
After letting the kittens loose in the new kitten playroom, they instantly went for the couch and loved it. Chili enjoyed hopping onto the couch, then going to lay on the window sill behind it. Vienna and Vanity both managed to bonk their faces on the mirror, thinking they were charging another kitten. Vanity has also become a pro at climbing the scratching post, though I haven't managed to get a good picture of that yet. Lots and lots of other pictures of them in the playroom, though. They adore it. They're difficult to corral back into their little bathroom now since they know what they're missing out on!
I'm just going to move on to pictures now since I have a ridiculous amount from the last few days since I haven't been posting them... Sorry!!
